THANK YOU FOR RE-ELECTING ANNIE RABBITT!

Unfortunately, I’m not in your district (I live on Long Island), but I wanted to thank you for voting NO on the ill-conceived SAFE Act. I wish I could vote for you!

As a military veteran i will support you because you saying “NO” of this irrational decision. I’ve put my life in danger and do have the ar-15 public model that does not function anything like my military model. The public model is one pull of the trigger one bullet is fired. There has been budget cuts in the federal government which didn’t permit proper training before we deployed. My purchase was to train before I deployed to make sure I came home to my son being a single parent. This paid off because I’m here writing thank to you for banking Americans. The main problem is we need stricter punishment of people that use any weapons to hurt or kill any individuals. Keep in mind that law abiding Americans are not the problem and tougher laws will let Americans know enough is enough. Have you ever noticed that these shooting don’t happen at police stations or military bases it’s because there not looking for conflict it’s to hurt unarmed Americans. Please help New York State from losing employers that sell and make rifles by reconsidering the ban proposed. There’s enough unemployed Americans and financial stress on federal and state. Thank you again.

You voted NO on the government’s infringement of weapons possession and the 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution. I’m a hard sell, but you DEFINITELY have my YES vote next time around, Assemblywoman Rabbitt!
